DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We ship our caskets in knock-down form, packed in a strong corrugated cardboard box in order to withstand dampness and rough handling. Apart from each component being inspected in the factory prior to wrapping, the box itself is inspected for damage prior to leaving our warehouse for shipping; when it arrives please check for any damage to the box, which may indicate that the components inside might be damaged. If this is the case, refuse to take delivery and contact us immediately; we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as we possibly can.
